4. Payments

Project payments may be milestone-based. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

5. WhatsApp Services

Clients must obtain customer consent before sending WhatsApp communications. Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or policy violations are prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom-developed work remains property of D Final Solution until full payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party platform restrictions.

8. Service Suspension

Services may be suspended for non-payment, illegal activities, or misuse of services.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some services depend on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, hosting providers, and payment gateways.

10. Confidentiality
